This was the worst customer service I have ever experienced, and I cannot recommend this place. There was a lot of confusion between the dentist clinic and the orthodontist clinic, which misled me regarding my orthodontic treatment and the process for making new retainers. As a result, I lost money because I was unable to claim back my invoice—it should have been under the orthodontist’s name, but nobody informed me of this.
The practice manager was incredibly rude during our phone conversation. She raised her voice instead of trying to help and was completely unprofessional. I paid around 5,000 euros for this treatment—money I worked hard for, and this is the treatment I received in return.
I hope the business owner reads these reviews because serious changes need to be made. This is not the first time I have received awful customer service at your clinics, both at Ortho and Smiles Dental.

I had my orthodontic treatment with Dr Tapia starting in 2017. I had overcrowding and an overbite and was extremely unconfident about my smile. Dr Tapia was extremely thorough and presented me with all possible treatment plans with numerous appointments to help me to choose the best path for me – before I even had to commit to the treatment and pay anything.
This alone, shows that Ortho really care about the patient and they care about the results we want to achieve.
From the beginning to the end of my treatment, I received completely professional, methodical and expert care from Dr Tapia who is a truly outstanding orthodontist.
My teeth have been transformed, and most importantly, I can now smile with confidence – and that gift is priceless!
