Transparent treatment planning:

Sometimes when we go to the Dentist, we hear what they are advising but we aren’t really sure of how their advice translates into number of appointments, and more importantly, the costs associated.

Think of the treatment plan as a Road Map for you to follow from commencement to completion of treatment. We want to ensure that you have the best experience at the dentist and you are fully aware of all treatment and costs, so on completion of your initial examination your dentist will provide you with a treatment plan of any work needed.

The treatment plan will list exactly what treatment needs to be done, the number of appointments needed and the cost involved with each visit.

Your dentist will explain the treatment plan to you and this will ensure that you will not be met with any surprises when you come and visit.
The front desk will also advise of any payment plan you may require for treatments such as veneers, crowns and dentures. These would normally be paid in 2 or 3 installments over the duration of treatment.

Our dentists, nurses and front desk staff are always available to help you with any queries you have.
